Encroachment Resolution
Pipeline encroachment issues, one of the least
favorite aspects of the right-of-way profession, can
be difficult to resolve, not unlike some difficult
damage settlements. We believe problem negotiations
can be the most rewarding. However, adversarial
conditions demand special skills that are best acquired
through life experience. In most instances, an open,
honest presentation of the facts by a sincere mediator
who takes the time to understand both sides of a
situation can often eliminate costly dispute
resolution later.
Values and Standards
Our small family of land specialists are selected not only for their professional experience, abilities and past successes, but also for their interpersonal skills, positive attitude, maturity and high moral ethics. As our clients’ representatives, we understand that a professional image and positive demeanor are at the top of the “must have” list of required attributes.
As members of the International Right of Way Association (I.R.W.A.), we are actively involved in continuing education courses in a variety of subjects specifically related to the pipeline and right-of-way profession.
