With more than ten years experience as an independent oil and gas land man, Greg has also been fortunate to have also gained valuable insight and negotiating skills through his 20-year plus career in coaching and education.

Combined with regular classroom responsibilities, Greg continued to maintain his high level of competence by pursuing land work in Texas and Montana during many of his summer vacations.

A native of Ralls, Texas, Greg received his B.S. degree from Abilene Christian University in 1975. He spent his first years teaching and coaching in Post and Victoria before moving to Midland in 1980 to pursue a fulltime career in land work. During that time, Greg developed considerable experience in leasehold acquisition, ownership research and title curative.

In 1986 Greg relocated to Fort Worth and in 1989 became head tennis coach at Tivy High School in Kerrville where in 1994 he was honored as Texas High School Tennis Coach of The Year.

Greg has resided in Houston since 2001, coaching briefly at Bush High School before being named assistant tennis coach at Taylor High School in Katy. During his tenure there, his team won numerous regional championships and in 2002 went all the way to win a state championship.

He served as a regional vice president for the state tennis coaching association from 1996 until 2001. Greg retired from public education in 2007 to devote fulltime to land work for Andeb Land Services.
